Yes, all equipment shipping is included in your $350/month fee. Equipment ships via standard ground shipping within the continental US. Alaska and Hawaii may incur additional fees—we'll discuss this during your onboarding call.
I personally research and select every piece of equipment based on quality, durability, and effectiveness for progressive strength training. There are endless options online at every price point—most of it low quality. I remove the guesswork so you don't waste money on gear that won't last or doesn't support real progress.
Life happens. You can reschedule any session with at least 24 hours notice. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice count toward your monthly total. We're flexible—the goal is your progress, not rigid rules.
You keep all the equipment—it's yours forever. After the program, you can continue with monthly coaching at $250/month (sessions only), train independently with your new home gym, or take a break and return anytime. Many clients stay on for continued accountability.
Absolutely. During onboarding, you'll select either a lighter set (5, 8, 10 lb) or heavier set (10, 15, 20 lb) based on your current strength level. If you're between levels or have specific needs, we can discuss alternatives.
Before you start, we'll do a quick video call to assess your training space. All you need is about 6x6 feet of clear floor space. The equipment is compact by design—no squat racks or bulky machines.
This program is designed for beginners and intermediate trainees. If you've never touched a weight before, perfect—we'll build your foundation properly. The progressive equipment rollout matches your skill development.
I don't use rigid meal plans—they rarely work long-term. Instead, I teach you how to use a food scale, understand portions, and apply a flexible system that supports your individual goals. You'll learn skills that last, not just follow a temporary diet.
